I've just bought some Scythe Hard Disk Stabilisers* (rubber mountings)
from Scan, so the drives fit in the 5 1/4" bays. They are a lot quieter,
but I'd rather mount them lower inside the case, with some rubber (or
Velcro) below them as well.
Has anyone seen a simple cage for mounting CD/DVD drives? Nothing fancy
like an enclosure, just some bent metal!
You can get hard drive cages for hard drives, but as cases are not much
wider than 5.25" I doubt there are many of those about, if any.
Just get a new case?
