I've got a CompactFlash adapter for an IDE drive socket. It is perfect for
BIOS updates etc, but would be more useful if it plugged into the
redundant floppy socket.
Does such a thing (or "think" <G>) exist?
I really really doubt that the floppy controller could handle such a device.
You could always get a USB card reader, of which there are many. I have
never seen an IDE one myself.
