How annoying is this? Firefox does not find an important online URLWhat's the url so we can try it?
for my work, it comes up with a blank page "done". The site is
perfectly available in IE, and I have also looked at the site
recently in Firefox, so the problem is due to some sabotaging of
Firefox. I have cleaned up the computer, all temp and cache, cookies
and all recently appearing files I could think of, I have run
anti-spyware tools, but the problem is still there. Before anyone
smug whizzkid chips in; yes I have firewall, both Windows and McAfee.

I know that the URL is OK. I can get into the URL from IE7. But I prefer
Firefox since it is set up more securely. But that it not the reason, as
it has worked with FireFox before.
The URL may be OK, but are you sure the pages are not "broken"? Are you
sure the site has not changed since you were successful? IE will display
any old rubbish, but Firefox is very (too) particular.
If Firefox fails, I tend to try Opera which is bit more tolerant. Though
I have been having a few problems with FF since I upgraded to 2.0.0.5 -
possibly due to plug-ins. Pop-ups may or may not work, javascript
"links" sometimes don't work when going from https to http, depending on
how soon after starting FF the links is accessed. (I shall have to try
disabling the add-ons sometime).
Yes, I have have a few problems with FF 2.0.0.5 . E.g when I save a download,
it doesn't save in the directory that I have selected and that it says it
saves it; it saves into Temp. It also sometimes hangs.
