Check you have the CPU +12V 4 Way connector plugged in somewhere near the CPU.
Its a square connector & will have 4 wires (2 yellow / 2 black).
The K7S41GX is a (relatively) old M/B (old style Sempron etc) and only uses the 20pin power connector.
I assume you have done the obvious - reseat memory, check all connectors and tried GSVs suggestions.
Does the CPU fan spin/jitter when the PSU is turned on? (I seem to remember this happening with the 50 odd systems I used to look after).
Were you having problems with the time keeping before? A low battery can cause this problem. You could try without the battery, if all else fails.
