Fitted new power supply now won't boot

The fan on my generic power supply was noisy so I've replaced it with a FSP
Blue Storm 2 that was on special offer at Scan. The power switch is lit and
I've double checked the connections, but I can't get it to boot up. My
mainboard is an Asrock K7S41GX. Anyone know what the problem might be?
Thanks.
