Should *any* TV card work ok with something like GBPVR? Any known
working combinations would be appreciated...

GB-PVR did not work on my Vista system with a Black Gold Dual Hybrid PCIe card, last time I tried. MediaPortal did, but I decided to stick with the Vista's not great Media Centre.
