Hi John,
Sorry we couldn't fit in lunch on Friday. Sally came over, bringing a
load of pictures from Verona. They showed the sunshine that we haven't
seen here. Verona looks attractive, the locals were friendly, and the
hotel was a good one with air con.

Had another soaking on Thursday evening in the Club Event at Buxton. The
cycling shoes are still drying out. But in spite of the weather there
was a reasonable turn-out.

Darren came to see us this morning. He inspected the wiring and decided
that the ring main will be OK. He will replace the consumer unit and add
some extra sockets where we want them. A re-wire of the lighting is
needed, but we were expecting that.
