Not just Celerons either. They made a D1 stepping Northwood with 400MHz FSB, although I dunno how many of those there are around.
Only AGP 4x so older cards only as you know but there are some cheap hard hitters for their time still out there that will still cope with
all but the most modern games to a playable degree.
All available AGP 8X cards are supposed to be backwards compatible with AGP 4X slots. Doesn't always work though, probably due to motherboard manufacturers not following the specs.
