CAS5 usually means 5-5-5-15 generally its Crucial RAM and it doesn't say the full timings on their website just CAS5 so I will have to guess that is the usual 5-5-5-15

If your talking about Crucial RAM they have 5-5-5-15 timings. However theose that have this criteria are NOT Ballistik models and therefore unlikely to overclock well.

Apparently from reading a review of the Crucial PC5300 CAS5 Ram http://www.pricegrabber.com/rating_getprodrev.php/product_id=10553272/id_type=masterid they use MicronD9 chips and can overclock up to 800mhz this is supported by a post made in the memory forum of ocUK http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17734739 where a poster replied saying he got Crucial PC5300 CAS5 up to 385mhz at 5-5-5-20 1.8v before running into problems. So while they might not quite make 800mhz they will go some way over 667mhz
