Agreed. I needed to RMA some Crucial memory which arrived populated
with Infineon chips that were known not to work well with the specific
board I had. Called them and replacement memory - the same part number,
but with Micron chips - was on the doormat the next day with a note
asking me to return the incompatible memory at my convenience.
