remind's me when XP first came out, I was in PC World and a customer came in complaining his modem would not work and was told by staff its ok sir go on to the website and download the drivers, to which he replied my modem does not work, store replied just go on to the website and down load the XP drivers an he replied but my modem does not work, this went on for a few minutes and the customer was slowly going redder and redder, and a higher up store member came over and the conversation started again from the beginning, modem not working download the drivers ETC and it it finally come to a head when he shouted at the top of his voice my bloody modem does not work how in the *&^**%%$£% am I going to get on your website, and the penny then dropped with the staff and out came a CDR
sometime even if you have all the information you still come to the wrong conclusion
