I've just bought an HP w20 widescreen monitor, it has both VDI-D and VGA
inputs but for some reason there's no signal on the DVI input.
Did you hotplug it? You need to power cycle the PC for the video card
to detect the monitor connected to the DVI connector and start
outputting through that.
