Asus has discontinued the P5N32-E-SLI and replaced it with the P5N32-E SLI Plus.
The new board has solid caps as per the Striker board and DOES'NT have the NVidia 680i chipset.
Still apparantly does dual X16 SLI Gfx though.
The P5B Deluxe is Intel 965 chipset and probably won't do quad core unlike the P5N32-E SLI Plus.
Furthermore it sounds like you are a gamer by the gfx card choice.
Therefore IMO the P5N32-E SLI Plus is your best option.
I'd also suggest you look long and hard at the E6600 cpu, worth the extra to get the 4Mb cache and extra speed.
The P5B Deluxe is 'Quad Core Ready'. Also, nVidea have still to release fully working Vista drivers for a lot of their stuff, but I'm sure this will change soon.
