Hi,
I am presently ordering up pieces for a new system that will run from a
wd
150 gb raptor sata drive.
No special needs--a little aimed towards gaming but should be a sata
drive I
guess.
I tend to like slot loaders. Any ideas guidance? tia.
Stuart.

If you go for a SATA, I think you will find you are limiting yourself on
makers a bit. Theres no point I can see to SATA for a burner, apart from a
thinner cable, and then you could get a round one for an IDE drive. Don't
forget, a SATA one won't burn or read any faster than an IDE one.

Hi and thanks for the reply,

Is it possible to use an IDE burner with the wd raptor sata drive?

Stuart.
