Hi
Got a Epox 8RDA3+ with an XP2200 which had been running perfectly [snip]
Does it work OK if you put the old RAM back?
Either way, check the capacitors for leaks/bulges. That's what killed my
Epox (similar vintage to yours).
Likewise my own 8RDA3+. I replaced half the caps, then six months
later replaced another quarter. The big jobs near the CPU were fine,
most of the littler ones went splut.
Works fine now, though.
