OT - looking for somewhere to host my forum

hello

i am looking for some paid server space somewhere to host my forum
currently pointed at www.beanedandtoasted.com
it is a phpbb application. i will be changing the url soon in the next
48 hours.

ideally, needs to have some kind of email server so that people would
get notification of private messages etc.

any ideas? not really a huge thing, only around 20 regular users
during university term time with total post of around 20,000+. i know
that forums get hacked into a lot so the security side is kinda
important too.

best regards
puck
