Probably 2-4-4-12. Try 2.5-5-5-15 or as close as possible if that doesn't
work.

Should i ditch Asus and go for another model? Any reccomendations for a
simmilar specced board, must be atx with onboard everything.

The problem is that integrated-video boards tend not to have a full set of
overclocking settings. The best solution would be to avoid high-end memory
and stick to CL4 PC4200 or similar. High-end memory should only be used
with high-end boards and a lot of care.

Ive allready used some 4200 OCZ but after just this minute checking turns
out to be cl3 too. Thanks very much for your time John you seem to have
sussed it all out for me which is fantastic as i was about to launch the pc
out the window today. Until you mentoned it i didnt even know what cl3/cl4
was or how important it is.

Again many thanks ;)
