It's an Hewlitt Packard from an American distributor:

The Hewlett Packard distributor that we have used in the UK is Insight.

AMD AthlonT64 3800
1.0GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM
200GB hard drive
LightScribe Double Layer 16X DVD+R/RW drive with CD-Writer capabilities
DVD-ROM drive 16x max speed
Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005
Integrated ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Graphics with up to 256MB shared video
memory

$900 in the USA. Anyway I can get anywhere near that for less than
£900?
And yes I know that $900 is only 480.818 British Pounds but they won't
let me in. http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic

This is fairly close. Go to uk.insight.com and search for HPCA04L8D
£463.99 + VAT
Not XP MCE though, XPP on that one. The HDD may be different, but how much is
huge SATA nowdays?

PC World are the HP dealers in the UK and they set the price

They may be one HP reseller; there are others.
A quick dig around the HP web site suggests you can buy HP desktop gear from:

Inmac T/A PC World Business
MacWarehouse
Insight Direct UK Ltd
Insight Direct UK Ltd
Misco
Dabs.Com
Wstore UK Ltd
Direct IT
3C Technology

(from http://hp2.via.infonow.net/locator/partner/ShowSearchPage.do )

Before DEC got swallowed by Compaq, and Compaq got swallowed by HP, we used to
be a DEC reseller. Nowadays, you can't buy as much as a screw direct from HP,
it seems.
