I'm probably going to get a caning over this, but has anyone else been
getting weird spam messages, they seem to have either a blue/brown/yellow
background and they don't seem to be selling anything at all, and they
have weird headings, like "up, carelessness, rink lobbyist, anvil glimpse"
I'm using spam fighter, but is there any other way to stop these annoying
messages?

Have a look at the mail headers & see if you can filter them out.
