Good from the point of view that they make lots of money, so someone
must be using them. However, stories of abysmal customer services are abound,
both in newsgroups and in magazines. Everything is designed to be off-hand
with to contact number to phone if you run into problems with an order. All
you can hope for is automated email replies.
