I've tried this and it's clean.
Other than that, your email address is probably just being used as fake
info in a spoofed email header (otherwise known as a joe-job). I once
had this, and was receiving email at the rate of about 2000-3000 per
hour for days, then trailing off over the next 3 weeks.
You might also want to try throwing Sysclean at it (i`ve got the link on
my site at http://www.coreutilities.co.uk (second page, just over half
way down - you need to download sysclean.com and the virus sigs
seperately) - you may find you also need to disable any existing AV
software to prevent it from being picked up as a false positive.
This one will take a bit longer but I'll give it a go.
