Have you tried searching your computer for viruses?
I had a similar issue some weeks ago, and the ZA was corrupted, a
removal of it from the registry and system was needed and then on a
reload it was fine.

IE 6 not functioning right ... I would try searching the Registry for references to that ... Remember that editing the Registry incorrectly can make it ... If you find a reference that you deleted, try searching... If it has, delete the HOSTS file.... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.general)
