It is a 'Bestec'


The reading I got, btw, was 6.33 volts. Not enough to immediately blow
the standby part of the chip, but enough to slowly "Cook it's Goose".
:-(


I have tested this with a good quality DMM with the following results:

No load at start-up 6.47v

After 15mins 6.75v


I'm off to buy a new motherboard & PSU
