network card & reverse wired network lead, cost peanuts. Somewhere Win
has a 'share this internet connection with another computer' but I dont
recall where. May be mentioned in the help files.
Or if you can get them cheap enough, a pair or wireless cards - set them
up as an ad-hoc network with the XP box as the bridge to the NTL
connection.
