Anyone had any dealings with AUT Direct?
See thread "19" TFT with DVI recommendations" on this ng of 13 Feb.
I ordered a Dell 20" wide screen TFT online from them on Friday 17 Feb. No
confirmation, no email ~ zilch.
Left it a week and called them on Friday 24 Feb. The phone was at least
answered. "Sorry mate we're having trouble with these, last batch had to be
returned and we're waiting for new stock. Give us a call in a week or two".

This does not fill me with goodness or trust in mankind.
My CC has been debited but the receipt, hard copied, states "this is not a
tax invoice" (ie. no vat nbr)
I am well aware that I can get the payment reversed but why the F should I
in this age of online trading?
Rant over.
In the meanwhile. Has anyone any recommendations for a 19-20" TFT with dvi?
