The graphics card shouldn't have anything to do with it (and the memory on
it certainly won't).
Perhaps the lack of option to change the FSB within the BIOS is because it
is set by jumpers on the motherboard. Regardless, I don't think you will get
far without decent information on the motherboard and BIOS.
