How fast to Dabs *normally* respond to email enquiries?

I've had an item shown as completed since last Wednesday but it hasn't
arrived. I completed their form on the Friday and sent another one day as
they haven't replied to the first.

Is this normal, i.e. no communication apart from the initial automatic
response?
