I really do wonder sometimes! You're going to paint but can't use the
correct newsgroup !
You're better off asking in uk.diy but do a bit of research yourself first.
try looking around DIY shops online.
The easiest way is to use a roller, don't bother with the ones on poles they
are slower to use.
Don't bother with that "pink" paint that is meant to dry white either, it's
a gimmick and nowhere near as good as the adverts were claiming.
Preparation is the key, scrub all surfaces down before painting.
