Saving passwords without prompting

Is there a way that I can set my PC, on which I'm using XP, to automatically
save my passwords without prompting.

I have a feeling that someone (and I have a suspicion I know who it is) is
accessing my e.mails directly from the server before I download them to my
PC.

I know the easiest thing is to change my password but, before I do that, I
would like to confirm my suspicions and confront the person.
