Gigabyte Video card problem

System:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9
OS: XP Pro SP2
Ram: 1024MB
Sound: Using onboard
Graphics: GV-NX66256DP

I have been having some major problems with my video card lately, in
that when uder load, or even simply minimising and maximising windows,
or scrolling rapidly through a window, the card makes a high pitch
buzzing (sort of zipping) sound.
Should I be returning this for an RMA or am I going to be told to get
lost? What I'm getting at is: Is this a fault anyone else has
encounterd, or just a peculiarity of my computer. I don't want to RMA
it to be told it works fine.
I can see myself having to purchase a new card in the meantime (sigh)
