Is there a latch on the inboard end of the graphics card and did you
get it fully seated and latched? Some info about m/b make/model
and that of the VGA card would be handy. Is there an aux power
connector on the card? Are the pins making good connection?
Look for any of the socket sleeves poking out of the housing.
