Well, clue me in.
That's impossible.
Evidently I pushed your button.
Ah yes, when you make 8 incoherent and ranting replies to the same post,
that's just "comment" in your world is it? When someone points out to
you clearly and calmly that your diatribe here is a tissue of stupid
lies then "you have pushed ..[a] button"
I don't think
Yes, that's obvious.
you've spoken with Dr. Roger Breeze lately.
Oh FFS, what happened to you as a child? Were you repeatedly dropped on
your head?
It really is something how you seem to hate us Americans, Steve. Dr.
Breeze came from the UK, he still has a farm there in the UK, and he,
too, tried to help youi. Maybe his head got bumped as a child,
too. Straighten us both out, please, since Doctor Breeze offered
your Pirbright people a Portable RT- PCR machine, I wonder if you'd
kindly tell us why that offer was refused when it was offered?
Probably because the machine first needed to be tested thoroughly to
find out how well it worked - what percentages of false positives and
false negatives it produced. If it was not sufficiently reliable it
could be worse than useless. It would have taken weeks or months to
conduct independent tests on the machine. If it was found to be useful
hundreds of the machines would have been needed. That would have taken
more time.
I doesn't matter how emiment or skilled Dr Breeze was at the time, even
the best people make mistakes or overlook shortcomings in their own
work. Independent assessment of his RT-PCR machine was essential. The
bottom line was that if his machine turned out to be no good it would be
the UK government that would have to compensate the farmers for their
financial losses. Dr Breeze could not possibly have paid the many many
millions of pounds (or dollars) needed.> I
seem to remember something about Dr. Breeze getting his Veterinary
Education from the University of Edinburgh, but then, maybe they teach
Vet Medicine differently than is done in England or Ireland. Really
makes not that much difference though, RT-PCR and PCR technology is
used all over the world, anymore.....even at Imperial College. But
then, I guess you know that, too.
Qualifications and experience in veterinary medicine are not the same as
qualifications and experience in making test equipment.

Dear Peter: And so, do to your logic, the Imperial College Model was
a Perfect Model ....it was just an imperfect GAME, with three people
playing withi some Algorithimns that didn't give a Hoot about none
other than themselves, at that time.
By the way, Peter. you have now another problem with Imperial College
Staff. They don't seem to endorse the German Ridom Database. Woo-
HOO.
What a bunch of Idiots.
But then , Ireland is a Land of It's Own -----the Perfect Emerald Isle
where all thing and Men and Women are without a
doubt......Perfect. Bullshit.
