Pat's 'research' is as detailed and accurate as ever. Kaycappa has a
dreadful track record. Convicted of assaulting Heather Mills and Mark
Payne, he also holds the record among paparazzi for using ten aliases
and six different dates of birth in court. At his trial for assaulting
Heather Mills, Kaycappa attempted a character assassination of Mills
which permitted her lawyers to reveal details of the Kaycappa's criminal
record:

"The court was told that Mr Kaycappa has appeared in court 20 times for
132 offences linked to theft and fraud.

The offences included burglary, obtaining property by deception,
destroying wills, two counts of perverting the course of justice, misuse
of a computer and the communication of false information which caused a
bomb hoax. "

So who, other than Pat, would believe someone with that conviction
record claiming to have stumbled onto the land by accident or believe
the ludicrous story that he was in the area to meet a man who had some
pictures of horses.
