Your advice please. You seem an expert in such matters. I came here

A year or two ago, there was an unusual posting on ukba. Basically it was
from a woman who wanted to start a newsgroup under the uk.agriculture banner
dealing specifically with pigs.

I saw it, thought it was possibly a stunt from Jill, she does act as some
kind of crazy agent provocater using false identities to do so, and I don't
think I replied. I can't recall.

Oz, IIRC, did reply in his usual nasty appaulingly rude style to anyone
seeking help

Maybe he thought it was Jill too, it might have been because he thought it
was me (It wasn't, of course).

Then too my surprise, somebody I did not recognise arrived on the schene,
going straight for Oz, in no uncertain terms.

At the time, I thought vaguely "I suppose someone does moniter these groups
and will take action when a gang such as the politburo siezes control."

and waited for further developments. Nothing happened except that as I
recall, Oz didn't argue, nobody defended him.

My mind went back to this today and I have a feeling it is important.

Damn it, I can't trace the thread. Any ideas? It seems to be your area of
expertise ;o)

The discussion went on http://tinyurl.com/ypq9mw

Quite a nasty little attack from the usual gang of bullies, and dOz
even managed to try and drag *pete* in. Anything to disrupt a
perfectly reasonable request for discussion and did nothing but drove
people away once again. That's the trouble with farm payments and
handouts, it gives people too much time on their hands!

The cure would be if they got themselves a proper job instead of
waiting for that brown envelope each month and spending 24/7 on UBA!

Mind you a proper job would kill them off!
