There was a case here in recent times of a farmer that shot a
trespasser, was charged, convicted, The trial judge was found to not
have given the correct instructions to the jury, so an appeal was
made, and he was found `Not Guilty'.. However, I have been invlved in
enough rows which seem very serious at the time, and trivial later,
and there is no way I am going to fire at someone unless I think he
is an actual threat to life.
