I found his constant jibes about Jim's income were so stupid. Its clear that
Jim is now very successful in his writing on top of working the farm, etc.

If Pat was not so blind he would have cultivated Jim instead of attacking

If there had been anything of substance in any of Pat's diatribes he
would have had a tame journalist who is published in significantly more
substantial publications than Pat's efforts have managed.

A prophet is never welcome in his own country. Why in your world
scandal, corruption and lies don't exist is amazing. What planet was
