Rumours locally are that early payments on transferred land are going to the original owners despite the RLE dept. confirming successful transactions.


I can confirm that.

Quiet mutterings from my land agent hinted that the computer handling the entitlements does not talk to the one doing the SP5 claims.

I have transferred two separate lots of entitlements and had letters confirming with adjusted figures, only to find that the SP5 form is pre-populated with some of the transferred land and all of the entitlements.


My entitlements block IDs have changed, the entitlement values waver somewhere near the correct value, the number of entitlements gradually approaches the correct value as each query is validated, but is still not complete. However no transfers seem to have made it through to the statements.
