Perhaps you should try a "fuel surcharge", just enquired about boarding
the dog at the kennels, told the price is the same as last year, but there
is an additional 2 pound per night fuel surcharge to cover heating.


For £2 a night they could cook a dog, never mind keep it warm!

Or is this to pay someone to handknit blankets for it?
