No. That would be you seeking attention. Lets hope you don't whine
like all the rest when you get it.

Grow up.

Back again! You really are a sucker for punishment.

<echo>

What are you going to do, stalk me around Usenet and post
nonsensical bollocks in reply to every post I make?

Is that the sort of attention you would like? I'm sure I could
accommodate you if you want.

All that gets you is an
entry in a killfile.

No it doesn't. That doesn't allow wankers like you the attention they
need, hence your trolling now.

Sometimes you do get let out, though...

Or perhaps you'll join up with some other empty headed
morons and flood a newsgroup with cascades, how original.

I love fountains and cascades. Shame you're too stiff to enjoy life a
little.

Little?

The previous lines with representations of smalli(ish) decimal numbers
were relatively little, both on unary terms and thought terms, but were
(relatively) large on the posting byte count. I note that there is a
tendancy in some posters to retain *all* the content of the whole
thread. Would that be in the hope that 'sensible' people will just give
up trying to find the new content and either ignore the thread or k/f
the poster? If one person does this, then audience is reduced by one.
The effect is incremental and ultimately final; hardly a good method of
trying to express an opinion. Are you still with me?

You're impotent and you know it,

I don't know, I seem to be shafting you alright.

You don't seem to be coming, though. No matter how often people bend
over for you, you never, ever, seem to get any satisfaction <shrug>.

and for all your accusations of bullying
you are unable to face up to the truth that it is you and the other losers
who cannot tolerate dissenting opinion that are the bullies.

It has nothing to do with dissenting views. It is stiffs like you
trying to intimidate people

If they don't like what they read or don't want to read it, then they
should use the filters/killfile capabilities in their newsreader client.
If they don't know how to, then sensible, well-phrased questions for
assistance normally get sensible, well-phrased replies.

and stifle free speech that are the bullies. Keep your gobs shut,

Threats and censorship. Unhealthy as well. To only read one side of a
story is to be (potentially) led by the nose. Do you always believe the
first thing that you read? Tony Balir is the saviour of mankind.
Remember - you heard it here first.

I prefer to use a filter to get rid of those who I find particularly
obnoxious or those who express untenable positions (or if I just don't
have the time). Obviously(?) there has to be some exchange before I am
able to make a decision! Or do you think "first impressions" really
count?

let people have differing opinions

For the life of me, I can't see how I can stop that! Do you know how
that can be achieved? Even the most draconian governments have not
suceeded in prventing differing opinions, and nobody dies on Usenet...

and you'll be fine.

After all, look above, which of us is issuing threats? Here's a hint it's
not me.

You merely reap what you sow. Strange you think it unfair!

Which 'you' are 'you' refering to?

Don't pick on people then.

Pick on people? Be more specific. You are too vague.

Does challenging a point of view constitute 'picking on'?
Does decrying the reliability of a web resource constitute 'picking on'?
Does referencing a web resource that is not totally factual constitute '
picking on'?

There's plenty of that around, and it isn't restricted to Usenet. It is
a facet of everyday life, in one way or another. Palestinians pick on
Israelis, devout vegans pick on non-devout vegans, vice-versa, opinions
get exchanged (some with more physical damage than others) and with any
luck a few people start to "see" another's mode of thinking (although
seeing may not be believing...).

So what are from, a consortium of stupid people who get their arses kicked
and are too incoherent to express themselves (such as meow), or just
another lone nutter?

That makes real sense. Got jims *** in your mouth? Try talking with
your mouth empty, where's your manners!

One lone nutter it is then.

Stop it, you're killing us.

Yeah, yeah, the lurkers support you in email.

Damn, I must check it.

If you weren't such a pathetic loser you'd realise that your attempts to
control what people say and think are doomed to fail, and fail all the
faster if you attempt the usual troll tactics.

It has nothing to do with control. I don't care what you, or anyone
else says, as long as it's not attacking me or other people. I don't
like being bullied, or bullies.

DYODW, and live by the tenet. You bullying on PG's behalf does his case
no good. 'Corners' on Usenet should be protected by the protagonist. It
is enlightening. Employing the assistance of "my enemy's enemy" is not a
Good Idea (tm), as empirically proven in Real Life.

Look upon Usenet as your local pub. If you wouldn't say it in a pub,
don't say it here, and you wont go far wrong.

You're a troll and a bully - and worse. *** orf back to your
alternative world. There's a good chap.
