It looks as though the Listen Again is now for the current programme,
broadcast Tuesday, on the mess the water companies have made. The BBC
site also doesn't seem to like that sort of deep link to a specific
page; I had to start from news.bbc.co.uk

You can, however, download a transcript, in PDF format.
