Was a voluntary worker at an open air museum for several years; they had
Oxford Downs. Work to be done in the sheep field sometimes took two people
- one to keep the ram busy while the other did the work. Yes, he was a big
boy; got quite fond of him despite a few "encounters". Our breed are big
too - British Milksheep; generally placid - at this time of year, at least.

Might as well give everybody a laugh.... I failed to turn one of our boys
not so long ago. Didn't fight or run away but he just didn't topple
whatever I did (much too heavy to lift). When I finally gave up he just
gave me a look which said "What was all that about?" and went on grazing as
though nothing had happened; I suppose from his point of view nothing had.
