As with everything to do with farming, be a sceptic and do not get
carried away with the enthusiasm of the experts/fanatics.
Remember what these guys find trivially simple will give you serious
angst!
Follow Jill and howard's advice: pick really easy breeds and really easy
systems that would work (more or less) whether you were there or not.
NB Remember that its pretty well a legal requirement to inspect stock
daily and fence them in securely.
