I don't think anyone really knows. Pat is the only person to have seen

and from his descriptions they must have glowing eyes, drip pondwater,
release a steady stream of greasy smoke and destroy all joy and all hope

joy in everyone who encounters them. We assume they are also contorted
in
some manner but he's never quantified the bend-angle it could be anything
from a couple of degrees to right angle or more.

it should be noted that I have kilfiled pat for some time as a waste of
space, his habits of selectively quoting (hint, if he mentions a url read
the WHOLE document) and his apparent jealousy that I am a published
writer
and no newspaper in the world has so far picked up on his scoup make him
less than worth the effort

Every published writer, even those advocating that Scotland should annex
Cumbia, looks for a SCOOP.

newspaper, and (admittedly unbelievably) with an academic paper to my name.
