We are struggling to keep up with demand. One wholesaler who normally takes 12-18 blues per week has just asked for 50! At present it is a question of damping demand down a bit. We produced more in anticipation, but dare not expand on the offchance it is not a flash in the pan.

We don't have a website, we like to supply local cheese, and with packaging, chilly packs etc the cost of post and packing is greater than the value of cheese for mail order.
