What makes you think that? The BT that is the consumer ISP is
(supposed to be) a separate entity to the BT that provides the
network (ADSL connections, etc.)
Because one department of BT is more likely to listen to another
department of BT.
I wouldn't bank on that.
The broadband service team are now under a different banner (OpenReach) to
ensure equality of treatment for *all* ISPs.
