Good luck with that. When I daydream of moving north, the cost of
running a house is something I consider. Given that we've managed on
1300l of kerosene (c. £300?) plus c. £100 hardwood for heating and hot
water since August, £1600/year sounds painful.
think northwest rather than north east. Jill will spend money to dry things
out rather than warm them ;-))
