Mute Swans Re: Bird Flu

If as a source suggests they have contracted this from domestic poultry -
sharing grazing - prior to leaving this means that somewhere around the
Baltic are undisclosed areas of H5N1 not being dealt with - either currently
or from the past if the virus has been transferred to the fields by manure
spreading ?
