this is where it all starts getting very irrational. For example pigeons
have been excluded, it seems that they don't get bird flu easily, but then
it is most unlikely that anyone has done any work with current strains, but
government just couldn't face the cost or political backlash from having to
register and regulate all pigeon fanciers.
