Judging from the past five epidemics, I imagine that the spread of TB in
cattle within the UK is caused by three elements.
1. Excessive movements.
2. Excessive compensation.
3. A totally incompetent and corrupt State Veterinary Service.
It is not that complicated.
You don't need badgers when you have crooks running livestock farming.
