Yes it does explain many of the changes. In particular Blair and Brown
turning off the money tap. Iwanted them to deal with the miscreants through
the police and Courts. But being polititions, they prefered the quiet
discret and very capitalist way of cutting the money supply.
Let's go back to Mr Flyn.
I liked:
Quote
A blind eye was turned to open abuse and fraudulent claims because, as a
civil servant told us privately, ' The money is coming from Europe and if we
do not grab it, other countries will'.
Unquote
At the start of CSF an SVS told me. "Don't worry about it - just a question
of giving the EU the right pieces of paper."
That cost Britain's taxpayers 600 million Pounds not Euros. The EU were well
aware of widespread fraud.
I adored
Quote
We concluded that the virus was not introduced by animal rights activists or
Saddam Hussein but was a contaminant in pigswill either from imported meat
or from sand particles deposited from the Sahara storm fallout. if the
latter proves to be the case, it greatly strengthens our conclusions below.
Unquote
I think Mr Flyn is taking the mickey. He and a great many other people know,
or suspect, that FMD arrived in a live legal pig import. "Sahara storm
fallout" is worthy of Jack Vance.
I expect Mr Flyn is well aware that the Bushmeat Fabrication had its roots
in Wales.
He certainly does not think much of the FUW (and NFU) campaign to increase
airport controls. The famous ham sandwich first appeared during CSF in
2000.
Recall the politburo's unhealthy interest in border controls?
Quote
"Spending to frustrate the importing of a ham sandwich would be futile."

Then he gets just plain nasty
Quote
The well intentioned decision to compensate generously added to costs and
extended the epidemic. Professor Roy Anderson of Imperial College reaffirmed
his claim made in August 2001 that the epidemic was continuing because
farmers were accidentally or deliberately spreading it.
Slaughtermen, vets, valuers, and hauliers earned more money per day than
they previously earned in a week. This was an irresistible temptation for a
tiny number to continue their pay bonanza by dumping infected parts or
selling diseased animals.
Unquote
Then we get closer to the UKBA campaign again:
"Skilled NFU media manipulation duped public opinion."
There is a heck of a lot here of great interest.
Oh and by the way, I only found this site because of the close attention our
American friends are paying to the origins of the 2000 CSF and 2001 FMD
epidemics.
They seem to be interested in just who influenced and organised the
cover-ups.
This game, if it is a game, is far from over.
This quote was amazing
Quote
The chaos and near collapse of UK farming did not result in any shortage of
meat or milk nor any increase in price. That is eloquent proof of the vast
over production, expensively underwritten by the taxpayer.
One West Wales farmer was appalled because a flock of sheep he had bought
had been on eleven different farms in the previous two months. The FMD virus
had found the perfect habitat for multiplication in the UK.
The so called 'leasing' of livestock is a symptom of the culture of
dishonesty on subsidies of farmers, civil servants and politicians. Animals
were moved from farm to farm like chips on a game board to maximise payouts.

Game boards...sound familiar?
